A traffic stop in Carbon County had led to drug charges against a Lehigh County driver.

State police at Lehighton said Sean Michael Dunnigan, 20, of Whitehall, was stopped about 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, along Second Street in Lehighton, for a vehicle code violation.Troopers said Dunnigan was found to have in his possession illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
