A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief. State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, outside Mazloom's Bar, Valley St., New Philadelphia.

Troopers said Trevor John Gibas, 20, and Jeannette Martin, 49, both of New Philadelphia, were involved in an argument inside the bar.Upon leaving the bar Gibas proceeded to shatter the front windshield on Martin's 2002 Pontiac Sunfire parked out side. He fled the scene before the arrival of troopers. Gibas will be charged, troopers added.
