McAdoo police have cited Laura Kapes, of 427 S. Hancock St., for disorderly conduct after she repeatedly allowed her dogs to bark, annoying the neighbors.

The latest incident was reported at 6:10 a.m. on Feb. 6, when the dogs were reportedly barking continuously since 5 a.m.It was the sixth time the department had responded to a barking dog complaint in recent months.
