The Lansford Police Department is reminding anyone who received a parking ticket from the recent curb to curb plowing that the tickets can either be paid at the office or mailed. Anyone who fails to pay the ticket will be cited.

Police also want to remind all residents who work or live in the business district on Ridge Street that parking permits are available for $100 for the year. Each vehicle must be registered and display the permit on the rear view mirror of the vehicle.Also, the department has numerous items in its lost-and-found, including keys, wallets, phones, and purses. Anyone who may have lost any items can stop at the station and identify them to claim them.
