The 20th annual Winterfest will be held this coming weekend in Jim Thorpe, and included is a full schedule of entertainment at the Mauch Chunk Opera House.

Both Friday and Saturday evenings, the Opera House features the band TUSK, the fine Fleetwood Mac tribute that has become very popular in the Jim Thorpe area.TUSK covers all the hits of Fleetwood Mac, which has featured the talents of Mick Fleetwood, Christine and John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and others over the years.The five musicians comprising TUSK have been making music together in various combinations and styles, in original outfits and in cover bands, for over 25 years.Friday's show begins at 8:30 p.m. and Saturday's event starts at 8 p.m.On Sunday evening, the Opera House features Memories of Elvis, a trip back to a great musical era, performed by national act Chris MacDonald.Elvis Presley passed away 35 years ago. MacDonald delivers the energy, charisma, and voice of Elvis. The performance is intended to celebrate the life and music of Presley, with a special and timeless tribute.Keeping the memory alive at countless venues throughout the country, MacDonald brings back the magic with a natural, heartfelt tribute to a legendary performer and icon.MacDonald has performed in Branson, Las Vegas, Legends of Concert stage productions, and in concert with Elvis Presley's original vocal back up group, The Jordanaires, and with original drummer D.J. Fontana. Both children and adults will witness difficult and entertaining juggling, all performed while with the entertainers telling jokes and interacting with the audience.The performances both days are at 2 p.m.
