Two diesel engines belonging to Conrail were derailed on Tuesday night on track near Buck Mountain, Schuylkill County, about a mile east of Mahanoy City.

State Police at Frackville said unknown persons shot a lock off a junction switch causing the two engines to derail. No estimate of damages were given by Conrail, police said.There were no injuries.
