A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence.

State police at Fern Ridge said Melvin F. Moreno-Campos, 26, of Tobyhanna, was stopped about 12:57 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, along SR209, just west of Heights Drive, in Chestnuthill Township, for a traffic violation.He was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. In addition to the DUI charge he is also facing several motor vehicle violations, troopers added.
