A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence and other charges following a traffic stop.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Andre A. Tulloch, 34, of Tobyhanna, was stopped for several traffic violations at 2:51 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, along Route 940 at Route 423 in Pocono Pines.He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. Police also recovered a small amount of marijuana from the vehicle.Tulloch was arrested and transported to the county DUI center at the county prison in Snydersville for a blood test.Police said charges related to the marijuana and traffic violations will be filed. The DUI charge is pending the blood test results.
