Robert J. Leibensperger, Lansford, who rents property to Carbon County to house the office of District Justice Irene Hudasky, yesterday asked the county's board of commissioners to settle a 2-1/2 year difference of opinions between him and the official, as well as a Lansford man who holds a janitorial contract at the office.

Leibensperger charged the justice with harassment and making "asinine and unfounded accusations" regarding the quality of the building.
