Schilling III, alleging he has defaulted on mortgage payments on the property at 877 Pine Valley Road, East Brunswick Township, and seeks a judgment entered in amount of $630,354.43.Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota NA, Fort Mill, S.C., filed suit against Anita M. Ohl and Keith T. Hefferman alleging they have defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 176 Fisher Avenue Coaldale, and seek a judgment in amount of $28,231.56.Bank of America filed suit against Michael David Marlin and Joy Marilyn Marlin alleging they have defaulted on mortgage payments on the property at 232 Grier Avenue, Barnesville, and seek a judgment in amount of $109,303.Treasurer's reportCounty Treasurer Jacqueline McGovern gave a report on county's deposits and disbursements for December 2013.The beginning balance of all accounts was $49,866,348.77, deposits $12,793,865.36, disbursements $18,671,053.15 leaving an ending balance of $43,989,161.98.For the general fund the beinning balance was $16,779,872.57, deposits $1,709,314.23, disbursements $5,569,274.10 leaving an ending balance of $12,919,912.70. Real Estate taxes collected totaled $281,511.18 and per capita tax $9,199.55. Revenues from license sales were, dog, $5,192.20 turned over to the county and $19,543 to the state; fishing, $4 to the county and $60.80; hunting, $63 to county and $496.30 to state; bingo, $200 to county and small game of chance $1,200 to county. Revenues from fees collected inmagisterial district justice offices was $48,776.82; tariff revenue from telephones to 9-1-1 Center, $52,891.98 and hotel tax, $15,698.32.Drop chargeDistrict Attorney Christine Holman made a motion to court to dismiss a criminal charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle filed by Ashland police against Trevor Hawley, 31, of 831 Americus Drive, Allentown, because the victim, Stephanie Williams, ex-girlfriend, did not wish to continue prosecution. President Judge William E. Baldwin granted the motion.SentencedRonald Miller, 62, of 132 1/2 E. Broad St., Hazleton, pleaded guilty to driving while his license was suspended and was sentenced by Judge James P. Goodman to be placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) for 60 days which will be served under house arrest. He was cited by McAdoo police.
