State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said Davey R. Berry, 30, Thomasville, will be charged with hit-and-run as a result of an accident that happened at 5:45 p.m. Jan. 8 in the parking lot of the Raceway Truck Stop in Tremont Township.

Police said he was driving a tractor trailer that was backing into a parking space when it struck the front, passenger-side corner of a tractor trailer. Police said witnesses saw the operator get out of his vehicle and then re-enter it before driving away and heading south on Interstate 81.
