Traffic violationKelly Neff, 45, of 70 Anthony Lane, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Jan. 10 at 11:54 a.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Fireline Road.A citation was filed against Thomas Howell, 48, of 120 Trach Road, Kresgeville, for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on Jan. 14 at 6:51 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.Esmeralda Walker, 35, of 71 Main Road, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred on Jan. 10 at 10:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Nana Amoateng, 31, of 52 Basswood Court, Albrightsville, for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred on Jan. 14 at 6:51 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.James Boyce Jr., 48, of 430 E Bertsch Street, Apt. 217, Lansford, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violations occurred on Jan. 10 at 6:36 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Ronald Fahringer Jr., 36, of 811 N Lacrosse Street, Allentown, for stop signs and yield signs. The violation occurred on Jan. 12 at 7:15 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.Vehicle violationMichael Kehm, 25, of 535 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired registration and expired inspection. The violations occurred on Jan. 10 at 4:25 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations were filed against Joshua Shaffer, 28, of 1055 Centronia Road, Apt. K10, Breinigsville, for expired inspection and expired emissions. The violations occurred on Jan. 10 at 2:07 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Heather Lacy, 36, of 415 Boyer Farm Road, Palmerton, was cited for required financial responsibility. The violation occurred on Jan. 10 at 9:14 a.m. at Fireline Road and Princeton Avenue.Citations were issued to Trevor Bartholomew, 30, of 104 N Colony Cove, Tafton, for expired registration and expired inspection. The violations occurred on Jan. 12 at 11:12 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Michael Dolena, 59, of 220 W. Columbus Avenue, Nesquehoning, wad cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Jan. 12 at 1:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal mischiefA citation was issued against a 14-year-old Palmerton male for criminal mischief. The violation occurred on Nov. 19 at 4:54 p.m. in the borough park.
