Dengler picked up a 4-1 decision win over Bangor's Gavin DeBoer in his only match last week, while Jacobi suffered a defeat by fall to Pocono Mountain West's Greg Sheppard in his only bout last week.120 - 1. The junior 3-0 last week, picking up a decision and two major decision victories. But the real story out of the three might be Cann's performance last week, as the sophomore went 7-0 in fairly dominant fashion. Cann picked up four wins by fall, with three coming in the first round. Cann's three decision victories came by scores of 9-7, 4-3 and 9-4, respectively, proving he can also win close matches when necessary.170 - 1. Brody Keefe, Pleasant Valley, So. (11-6); 2. A real test for Shubeck will come this week when he faces a potential matchup with Pine Grove's Ryan Martin at 220 pounds. Shubeck is ranked 9th in the state at 220, while Martin is ranked 8th. Ammirato lost his only match last week, getting pinned by Pocono Mountain West's Mario LaMonica, who is 8-6 this season.
