Samantha Miller-Brown, Slatington, has been named as the Slatington Woman's Club's Girl of the Month for January.

She is a senior at Northern Lehigh Area High School.Miller-Brown is the daughter of Krystal Miller-Brown and Kevin Brown. She has a sister, Meghan Miller-Brown (10th grade) and a brother, Matthew Miller-Brown (seventh grade).She is a member of the marching band, concert band, Spanish Club, newspaper, percussion ensemble, Scholastic Scrimmage, National Honor Society.She is a recipient of the Dean's Scholar award from Moravian College; the Honor's Scholar award from Lehigh University; a TOB Scholarship recipient; and an Asher Boyer Memorial Award recipient.She enjoys swimming and reading.Miller-Brown plans on attending college and majoring in either mathematics or physics.
