Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC, Norfolk, Va., has filed a civil action against Lyle Augustine, 32 E. Diaz Ave., Nesquehoning, alleging credit default.The suit contends Augustine was indebted to G.E. Capital Retail Bank/Sam's Club, on March 7, 2006, and has failed to make payment on the account that has a remaining balance of $7,438.72. Portfolio is seeking judgment in that amount, plus the costs of the suit and other relief as the court deems just and reasonable.Lansford seeksgarbage feesThe Borough of Lansford, through its solicitor, Attorney Michael S.
