Shobe, 102 Market St., Tamaqua, started a divorce proceeding against Shannon M. Shobe, 104 Market St., Tamaqua. They were married Nov. 21, 2005.Re-sentencedGregory Andrew Macalush, 22, of 21 W. Third St., Jim Thorpe, had his probation revoked by Judge Baldwin and was re-sentenced to serve four to 23 months in the county prison. He received credit for serving 14 days.Macalush pleaded guilty last May to retail theft from the Tamaqua Game Shop in Hometown, Rush Township, and drew a sentence of 23 months on probation which he violated.Revoke paroleApril Lynn Miller, 35, of 4 Cherry St., Tamaqua, had her parole revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and she was recommitted to the county prison and her liberty of 171 days was disallowed and added to her maximum date for release from prison. The court will not consider an application for re-parole before March 1, 2014. She received credit for serving 75 days in prison.Miller originally pleaded guilty in January 2013 to retail theft from the Family Dollar Store in Tamaqua and after serving time was released on probation for 23 months.
