Interferencewith custody of childrenCriminal charges were filed against Timothy Simcsuk, 26, unknown address, for interference with custody of children. The incident occurred on Dec. 14 at 6:10 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Laura Smith, 52, of 262 Columbia Ave., Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. The incident occurred on Dec. 24 at 12:36 a.m. in the 200 block of Columbia Avenue. Criminal charges were also filed against Smith for simple assault, persistent disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. That incident occurred on Dec. 25 at 4:44 p.m. in the 200 block of Columbia Avenue.Terroristic threatsCriminal charges were filed against Deanna Steigerwalt, 22, of 851 Delaware Ave,, Palmerton, for terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment. The incident occurred on Jan. 1 at 11:50 p.m. in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Bad checksCriminal charges were filed against Neal Poburski, 34, of 4051 Forest Inn Road, Palmerton, for two counts of theft by deception, and two counts of bad checks. The incident occurred on Aug. 22 at 3 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.DUICriminal charges were filed against Steven Wright, 22, of 660 Hill Road, Palmerton, for DUI, and two counts of accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The incident occurred on Nov. 8 at 7:03 p.m. in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue.Traffic violationStephen Monser, 59, of 58 N. Kittatinny Road, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred on Dec. 23 at 9:30 p.m. on Route 248 east.A citation was issued to Lisa Gower, 39, of 505 Cypress St., Lehighton, for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred on Dec. 30 at 1:25 p.m. on Route 248 east.Vehicle violationJohn Cronk, 40, of 743 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, was cited for operating vehicle with expired registration. The violation occurred on Dec. 19 at 10:19 a.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations were issued to Conall McGinley, 21, of 415 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, for expired inspection and restraint systems. The violations occurred on Dec. 27 at 11:45 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Patrick Stofanak Jr., 46, of 111 Royal Lane, Kunkletown, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Dec. 26 at 9:56 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against Maria Pierog, 23, of 125 Stoney Brooke Drive, Palmerton, for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Dec. 21 at 9:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Jennifer Walker, 35, of 71 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Dec. 19 at 3:18 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Daniel Gilbert, 27, of 455 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, for operating a vehicle with expired inspection. The violation occurred on Dec. 14 at 8:55 a.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Michael Colodonoto, 26, of 415 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, was cited for operating following suspension of registration, and required financial responsibility. The violations occurred on Dec. 27 at 11:45 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Steven Armbruster, 22, of 96 Three River Form Road, Dover, NH, for operating unregistered vehicle. The violation occurred on Dec. 23 at 9:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.SpeedingDonald Rehrig, 32, of 252 N Fourth St., Apt. 2, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 27 at 1:56 p.m. on Route 248 west.Citations were filed against Rachel Klinger, 24, of 480 Kuehner Avenue, Slatington, for passing in a no-passing zone, and speeding. The violations occurred on Dec. 15 at 3:38 p.m. in the 1100 block and 800 blocks of Mauch Chunk Road.Jesse Dangelo, 40, of 2413 Point Phillips Road, Kunkletown, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Jan. 1 at 11:46 a.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Sean McDermott, 18, of 666 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 23 at 11:06 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Melissa Stein, 35, of 568 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 20 at 8:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Ashley Geigle, 23, of 2435 Walnut Drive, Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 26 at 8:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Stephen Rimbey, 30, of 155 Wagner Street, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 23 at 5:08 p.m. on Route 248 west.A citation was issued to Kevin Rehrig, 31, of 339 Valley St., Tamaqua, for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 18 at 4:16 p.m. on Route 248 west.Disorderly conductMatthew Frederick, 20, of 539 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, a 16-year-old Palmerton female, and William Howard, 19, of 242 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, were cited for disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Dec. 27 at 6:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.Citations were issued to Timothy Mountain, 47, of 5656 Sullivan Trail, Easton, for two counts of disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Dec. 29 at 2:10 a.m. at the West End Recreation Area field.Daniel McGoldrick, 19, of 2155 Forest Street, Lehighton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Dec. 15 at 8:07 p.m. at Fourth and Lehigh Avenue.A citation was filed for a 15-year-old juvenile male from Palmerton for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Dec. 21 at 7:50 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.TheftA juvenile referral was filed against a 14-year-old Palmerton male for theft and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Nov. 22 at 8:11 p.m. in the 100 block of Lehigh Avenue.
