Tony L. Lachetta, 29, of Kunkletown, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 6:50 p.m. Dec. 8 on Interchange Road in Franklin Township, state police at the Lehighton barracks said.

Police said he was traveling Interchange Road (Route 209) in a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse when he lost control of the vehicle after it hit an icy patch in the roadway. The vehicle struck a guardrail.Police said he will be cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.
