Kathleen VanNest, 75, of Nazareth, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 4:16 p.m. Dec. 13 at the intersection of Weir Lake and Kunkletown roads in Monroe County.

Police said she was driving a 1996 Volvo 850 station wagon when she became distracted by the glare of the sun, causing the vehicle to drive off the side of the road and hit a ditch.
