Muhlenberg's Burns on Academic Honor Roll

Senior Ramzy Burns of the Muhlenberg College women's cross country team was named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Burns, a Northwestern High School graduate, is a biochemistry major. She served as a team captain and was the Mules No. 4 or No. 5 runner throughout the year. She finished 11th overall at the Cedar Crest/Muhlenberg Invitational, and was the fourth Mule across the line at the Centennial Conference Championships. Burns was also the team's fifth runner at the NCAA Mideast Regional for the third straight year.Muhlenberg finished fifth at the Centennial Conference Championships and 16th at the NCAA Mideast Regional. The Mules also won the Cedar Crest/Muhlenberg Invitational, for the second straight year.To be named to the Academic Honor Roll, a student must be a sophomore or higher in class standing; a starter or key reserve on her team; and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average.
