A woman was cited following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Alison Grutza, 30, of Mahanoy City, arrived at the residence of Anthony Petritsch, 38, of 110 Weston Place, West Mahanoy Township, about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, to retrieve some items from the home.A verbal argument turned physical when Grutza pushed Petritsch and ripped off his T-shirt. She was cited for harassment, troopers said.
