State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle incident that happened between 6 p.m. Dec. 20 and 8 a.m. Dec. 21 at Werley's Truck Stop, 2333 Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township.

The victim is a 28-year-old male who police did not identify.Police said he reported someone removed items from his locked vehicle during the above period of time.
