State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a burglary that happened between Dec. 5-26 at a residence in Jackson Township.

The victim is Steven Krawitz, 55, of Stroudsburg.Police said someone forcibly gained entry to the residence at 2608 Fernwood Ave., Bartonsville, through a rear basement door and then cut and stole copper water pipes from the basement area of the home.
