Joseph Laub II, 30, currently of 113 N. Fourth St., Apt. G, Allentown, was cited for harassment of a verbal nature against a female victim in her place of employment in Lehighton.

According to Lehighton police, umerous incidents have occurred since Aug. 18, 2013 to the present.
