Molly C. Utsick, 33, of Jim Thorpe, will be cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks for a Motor Vehicle Code violation after a two-vehicle crash at 8:23 a.m. Dec. 20 in Cedar Crest Boulevard in Salisbury Township.

Police said she was driving a 2009 Subaru Impreza northbound when the vehicle drifted across the double yellow line, striking a 2007 Acura TL operated by Philip C. Trinkle, 51, of Allentown, which was southbound at the time. Police said the Impreza continued to cross the southbound lane, traveled onto the snow-covered shoulder and struck an adopt-a-highway sign before coming to rest in the deep snow on the shoulder of Cedar Crest Bouolevard.Police said neither driver was hurt in the mishap.Utsick will be charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
