A car driven by a Kempton woman sustained minor damages when it was struck by a pickup truck at 12:15 p.m. Dec. 24 at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Trexlertown Road in Upper Macungie Township.

Police said Joyce Schrammel, 78, was not hurt.Police said she was driving southbound on Hamilton Boulevard when a dark-colored pickup turned from Hamilton Boulevard on to Trexlertown Road and struck the front of Schrammel's vehicle. Police said the driver of the pickup truck failed to stop.
