State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating an access device fraud incident.

Police said Mark A. Nielsen, 54, of Stroudsburg, was victimized when someone used his credit card number to make a purchase at a Walmart in Raleigh, N.C., in the amount of $314.91.The incident was reported at 9 a.m. Dec. 19.
