Timothy Borneisen, 23, of West Hazleton, will be charged by Rush Township police after they received the results of blood tests taken following a Nov. 12 incident.

Borneisen was stopped on Claremont Avenue at 1:09 a.m. and taken to St. Luke's Miners Hospital, Coaldale, for blood tests.The results indicate he had heroin and marijuana in his blood stream.Charges to be filed include driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
