A criminal mischief incident that happened between 11 p.m. Dec. 16 and 7 a.m. Dec. 17 in New Philadelphia is being investigated by state police at the Frackville barracks.

Police said James Phillip Druding, 41, of Ringtown, will be charged as a result of the incident in which he allegedly caused damage to the interior of a rental property owned by George Atiyeh of Mount Carmel.The property, located at Apt. 2, 52 Water St. in the borough, sustained about $200 worth of damages, police said.
