Major overloads at the sewage treatment plant in Jim Thorpe have one councilman thinking that it's just a matter of time until DEP starts cracking down severely on the borough.

"We need to have a study done to determine how all the excess water is getting into the system," said Jack Miller, councilman and former municipal authority secretary, during last night's authority meeting.
