Two people who fought on Dec. 14 at 1:27 a.m. have been cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks with harassment.

Police said they were called to 7487 Camp Meeting Road in Lynn Township where Charles Edwin Rex, 46, and Samantha Katie Rex, 20, both of New Tripoli, were engaged in an argument.Police said Charles Rex pushed Samantha Rex, who then "kneed" the man in the ribs. He responded by tackling the woman and the two ended up on the ground until having been separated from each other.
