Joshua Beury, 32, of 342 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, has been cited for harassment by borough police for having allegedly made a threatening and obscene telephone call to a borough resident.

Police said the incident happened at 5:53 p.m. Nov. 20. The victim is Nathaniel Staehle.Police said it is alleged Beury threatened the victim and used numerous vulgarities directed at him and his family during the phone call.
