A neighbor dispute has earned one Tamaqua man a citation.

Police were dispatched to 125 Orwigsburg St at 4:43 p.m. on Nov. 28 where they were met by Arline and Jennifer Yost. The Yosts reported having problems with a neighbor, Christian Shilko, 43, of 222 Hunter St.The women said Shilko had been yelling and cursing at them, calling them names. They noted he does this often.When contacted Shilko said he was having an ongoing issue with the Yosts' concerning their dog. He was advised to call police instead of taking matters into his own hands.Shilko was cited for disorderly contact.
