They were married Jan. 28, 1998.Janet Russo, 126 N. Wayne St., Orwigsburg, started a divore action against Michael Russo, 756 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold. They were married Feb. 17, 1990.School district appealHazleton Area School District filed an appeal in court from the ruling of the Schuylkill County Tax Claim Bureau which rejected the school district's appeal to increase property taxes on property owned by 65 Green Mountain Road Realty and Cargill Meat Solutions Company, located in the Humboldt Industrial Park in East Union Township.The board ruled no increase in the assessment. The school district claims the assessments are substantially lower than assessments of comparable neighboring properties. The board kept the asessssemt at $14,888.885.Revoke ARDJoseph John Nacke, 49, of 126 Penn St., Tamaqua, was removed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine from the Accelerated Rehabilated Disposition (ARD) probation program for violating terms fixed by court. It is a program reserved for first offenders who were charged with a non-violent criminal offense to allow them to serve a probation period to clear their record.Nacke was charged with failing to keep up payments of fines and costs, failing to undergo an evaluation ordered by court and obtain outpatient counseling, and failed to attend the alcohol highway safety school. He now must stand trial on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs filed by Tamaqua Patrolman Michael Hobbs. He had been placed in the progrma by Judge Stine on Nov. 15, 2012, for 12 months.
