Rush Township police have filed charges against a Quakake man following an Oct. 30 vehicle stop.

John M. Vidzicki, 29, was charged with possession of a synthetic marijuana and driving with a suspended license in connection with the 2:20 a.m. incident. Vidzicki was stopped on East Main Street.
