They were married Dec. 19, 1999.Tax suitsTwo area school districts have filed suits seeking judgments against property owners for alleged back taxes owed.Panther Valley School District filed suit against Kevin Barlett claiming he owes back school taxes of $1,216.19 on property at 134 Greenwood St., Coaldale; against Joanna M. Goodell, $1,060.34 on property at 28 N. 12th St., Coaldale; and Nicky and Wanda A. Dunn, $1,016.91 on property at 148 W. Ridge St., Coaldale.Tamaqua Area School District filed suit against Jeanne Tackette for $1,028.90 owed in back taxes on property at 161 Damascus Drive, West Penn Township; and against Thomas Katkocin Jr. in amount of $787.43 on property at 37 Railraod St., Tamaqua.
