A Monroe County man is facing a drug count after he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia while being taken into custody on other charges.

State police at Fern Ridge said Christopher James Franzke, 20, of Mount Pocono, was arrested on a warrant issued to the Pocono Regional police on Nov. 13, about 9:01 a.m. at 631 Sunset Rd., in Jackson Township. Troopers were assisting Pocono police in serving the warrant.While being taken into custody troopers found Franzke in possession of drug paraphernalia. Troopers said the drug count was filed against Franzke.
