A Carbon County driver was involved in a rear-end crash about 8:47 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Cady R. Frey, 23, of Lehighton, was driving a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country eastbound on Interstate 78, at Exit 60, in Upper Saucon Township, when she slowed for traffic ahead of her. Her vehicle was struck in the rear by a 2012 Nissan Sentra driven by Janki V. Patel, 21, of Macungie.No one was injured but the Nissan had to be towed from the scene. Troopers cited Patel for following too closely.
