Lehigh Township police in Northampton County are investigating a burglary that occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at a township home.

Police said about 2:30 p.m. two suspects, posing as roofing contractors, arrived at the victim's home. As the homeowner was speaking to one of the suspects outside the residence the second man entered the home and burglarized it, police said.The male the victim spoke to was described as being white, about five-feet, eight or 10 inches tall, wearing a tan jacket and black pants. The suspect left the scene in a red, four-door Dodge Ram truck, that had a loud exhaust system.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call township police at 610-760-8800, ext. 115, or email police at
