Two persons were arrested by Nesquehoning police after they responded to a domestic incident at 4:26 a.m. Nov. 9 at 343 W. Catawissa St.

Police said Joshua Lienhard was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct and Jamie Ruggiero was charged with making unreasonable noise.They are both listed as residing at the above address.In an unrelated report, police also stated that they issued a speeding citation on Nov. 9 on Route 93. The driver was charged with traveling 74 mph in a 55 mph zone.
