Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, will host the 25th Sunday after Pentecost worship at 9 a.m. Music will be provided by the Trinity Praise Band, with guest vocalist Becky McFadden. Several selections made famous by Amy Grant are planned. The Rev. Guy Grube will preside. Coffee fellowship follows.Sunday School classes meet at 10:15 a.m. for ages 3 through grade 12.The Women of the ELCA are to meet in the parish hall at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14. "All who hunger gladly gather" Bible study will be led by Louise Roth.A pork and sauerkraut dinner to benefit one of Trinity's members fighting the effects of late stage breast cancer and struggling with huge medical bills is coming up Friday, Nov 15. Sunday School classes will not meet that day.Looking ahead is a Community pre-Thanksgiving worship service at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24. Guest preacher will be the Rev. Matthew Martin, of "End Hunger NE" organization, Marshfield, Mass., will participate."Sing the Songs of Bethlehem" cantata is 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. Presented by the sanctuary choir, the service of lessons and carols will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra and harp. Everyone is welcome to attend.Free community dinnerAll Saints Episcopal Church, 301 N. Second St., Lehighton, will host a free community dinner from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 21. The menu is turkey dinner with stuffing and corn with bread pudding for dessert.
