State police at Frackville reported on two harassment incidents, both occurring in the Schuylkill County borough of Gilberton.

Michael T. Dillard, 35, of Gilberton, was issued a citation for harassment for an incident that occurred about 12:55 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, at a residence on Quality Hill. He allegedly had physical contact with a 28-year-old female from Mahanoy City, by pulling her hair and pushing her.Two teenage girls, ages 13 and 17, from Gilberton, were issued nontraffic citations for harassment for an incident that occurred along Long Row about 2:50 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4. Troopers said the two subjected each other to physical contact.
