A Slatington driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 6:05 a.m. on Oct. 27 along Interstate 78 in Allentown.

State police at Fogelsville said Christopher W. Wolfe, 26, was driving a 1999 Mercury Cougar westbound when, suddenly, he veered left crossing the center and left lanes. The car then struck the center median with its front left side. The car then traveled along the center concrete barrier about 100 feet before coming to rest against the barrier on the left shoulder.Wolfe was not injured, and the car had to be towed from the scene. He was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
