State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident.

The incident occurred at the residence of Jennifer Nicole Tropea, of 304 Shick Lane, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County.An investigation revealed unknown criminals removed a gas pipe that was attached to the house about six inches in length and damaged the rear interior of a vehicle with multiple scratches.The incident occurred sometime between 4 p.m. Oct. 28 and 4 p.m. on Oct. 30. The victim was Jennifer Nicole Tropea, of that address, troopers said.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270.
