A Kunkletown woman has been charged as the result of an incident at the adult probation office in the Carbon County courthouse in Jim Thorpe.

On July 24 borough police were called to the courthouse by adult probation office personnel regarding a female who attempted to submit a false urine for the purpose of evading or causing deceitful results in a test for the presence of drugs.The suspect was identified as Jennifer Gongora, 28, of 815 Trachsville Road. She had appeared at the probation office for a drug test.As a result of the investigation police charged Gongora with a misdemeanor three count of furnishing drug-free urine.
