A Slatington man is facing charges following an incident reported to have occurred about 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Wells Fargo Bank branch office at 7614 Tilghman St., in Upper Macungie Township.

Township police said Kevin Yodzio entered the bank and wanted to speak to a female employee regarding a credit card he had obtained through the bank. While explaining the credit card to Yodzio the employee had him step around her desk so she could show him a program associated with the credit card.The employee said she felt Yodzio standing over her and then saw him expose his genitals. She told police that Yodzio rubbed his genitals against her arm. The female then fled the room and reported the incident. Yodzio was then escorted from the bank and police were called.Yodizo has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
