Two people are facing charges after a shoplifting incident in Rush Township on Sept. 27.

Eric J. Garrity, 32, of Hometown, and April M. Petrick, 31, of West Hazleton, will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy, township police said.Police said the duo stole television sets from the Hometown Commons Walmart. The theft reportedly took place at 1:42 p.m.
