Halloween party

The Sunday School of St. John's Lutheran Church, South Avenue, will hold its annual Halloween party for the children in the nursery through sixth grades from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 28.JTHS Class of 1964 to participate in paradeMembers of the Jim Thorpe High School graduating class of 1964 will be participating in the Jim Thorpe Halloween parade on Sunday, Oct. 27.Members of the class are asked to meet at Memorial Park between 2-3 p.m. that day.If you are a member of the class and would like to participate, please contact Harry Eisenhart, (610) 709-4576 or at
