A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred about 3:35 a.m. on Oct. 6 in the 5000 block of Tilghman St., in Upper Macungie Township.

Township police said Jonathan Suter, 32, of 7696 Hilltop Court, New Tripoli, was stopped for multiple traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence and submitted to a test.The test result was .16BAC.
