State police at Lehighton are investigating the burglary of a Penn Forest Township home.

Francis Korpics, 50, of 200 W. Creek Drive, told police someone had broken into his house between noon and 6 p.m. Thursday.The burglar broke in by force and removed jewelry before fleeing.Anyone with information is asked to call state police at (610) 377-4270.
